About Gamebrief

Gamebrief is a small editorial project for people who love playing games but don't want to chase every bit of hype and every countdown.

What we do

We write buying advice on PC and console games: which games are worth the money, when the big sales come round, and where it's safe to buy. We only ever link to official retailers, never to key marketplaces.

How we are funded

Gamebrief is free and carries no ad banners. Some links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a small commission. The price you pay doesn't change. Whether we recommend a game has nothing to do with whether there is a commission on it.

What we don't do

We don't sell addresses, we don't show third-party ad banners, and we only send emails to people who signed up themselves and confirmed their sign-up.
